sells products to individuals of legal age. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
To order
Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to resolve any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for products in the online shop in the following ways:
1. via the Sripe service, where you can pay by credit and debit card. For more information about the service: www.stripe.com
2. With PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay for your purchases using PayPal IDs or credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express). For more information about the service: www.paypal.com

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In order to send confirmation messages, you will need to provide an email address at the time of ordering.
Delivery methods and costs
You can see the shipping costs for your order on the shipping and payment page. We deliver orders by post in parcels.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 7-14 days, depending on the order. More exact times will be indicated in the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. Deviating delivery times will be announced on the front page of the online shop.
Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
You have the right under consumer protection law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. In the case of digital content and services, you may have been specifically asked to agree to waive the right of withdrawal prior to the payment transaction so that the service or digital content can be delivered before the right of withdrawal expires. The cancellation notice should include your name, address, date of order, product and should be sent by email to asiakaspalvelu@lartama.com. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and packaging. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to invoice you for a reduction in value.
Refund of a returned product
The price of the returned product will always be refunded according to the payment method of the order. If the returned product is used, damaged or otherwise unfit for resale, Art Concept has the right to charge a discount up to the full price of the product.
We will make a refund within 14 days of receiving your return. We process returns on a first come, first served basis.
We will make a refund decision upon receipt of the product. We will not accept returns if:
- Upon receipt of the return, we notice defects in the product or its packaging.
- The product packaging has an address card attached or has been marked.
- Animal hair, hair or stains on the returned product will automatically result in a negative return decision.
If any defects are found in the condition of the product, you will be contacted by our customer service.
More information on refunds
Payment card and MobilePay: the refund is automatically paid to the payment card used for the order.
Online bank: the refund will be paid to the account from which the payment was made.
Klarna Invoice or Batch Payment: your invoice will be credited once we have processed your return. If you also report the return via the Klarna app, the invoice will be frozen during the return process.
PayPal: the refund will be paid to the PayPal account from which the payment was made.
If you want to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details and your account number for a refund. We will refund your payment in full within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, provided the product has been returned or verified to have been posted to the return address.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer's request.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address stated in the Right of withdrawal and return conditions or by calling the telephone number stated in the contact details. If the package is damaged at the Post Office, you must immediately make a claim to the Post Office.
