This Privacy Policy also contains the information of the register description according to Section 10 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999). In this Privacy Policy we explain how and what kind of personal data we may collect from our customers, and for what purposes we may use such data. By shopping in our online shop or by contacting us, you agree that we process personal data about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal data is processed only by Art Concept staff in the course of their work and is not disclosed outside the company. Exceptions are the disclosure of information about the debtor's client to the collection agency and the disclosure of information to the authorities in connection with possible irregularities.

The data subject has the right to check what information Art Concept has collected about him or her. The written request for inspection must be signed and sent to the person responsible for the register.

The data subject has the right to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data.
